Litigation

FLAG engages in impact litigation in cases on important  issues whose outcomes will affect a large number of family farmers.  FLAG lawyers consider litigation a last resort, after all other attempts at  reasonable resolution have failed.  FLAG’s existence was launched through the Coleman case in the 1980s, which stopped the government from foreclosing on 80,000 farms.  Below are documents related to some of our most significant cases.
